We’re offering boxed lunches, fresh lunch spreads, nourishing bowls, house-made drinks, and sweet treats — made with the same care you know from Lotus Cafe.

MEET OUR MANAGER! 🪷🌟✨

Hello! I’m Kambrie:) I’ve been in the Lotus family for a couple years now! The thing that brought me in and brings me back to The Lotus is the incredible energy and the people that make it a community. Ruthie transformed a cafe into a sanctuary and I hope to maintain that beautiful energy for everyone to enjoy🤍

My dream is to one day create a vegan restaurant where I can share how wonderful vegan food can be. I have been vegan for 7 years and The Lotus has always been a staple for me!

I’m so grateful to have a job that celebrates creativity! I’ve always loved getting to play around with the treats and I’m having the best time creating the specials! I really am so happy and honored to be a part of the beloved Lotus! 🩷

If you see Kambrie’s smiling face at the lotus, give her some love! The Lotus wouldn’t be quite the same without her!

We’re bringing a little bit of Eden down to The Lotus!

A big thank you to Matteo at Chris Argyle for blessing us with beautiful locally grown tomatoes + fresh basil !

We turned that fresh basil into house-made pesto (made with cashews) and paired it with our in house garlic aioli for two brand new specials!
