Today we celebrate the freedom we enjoy, the sacrifices that made it possible, and the brave men and women who have defended our nation throughout its history.

As we gather with family and friends around the table, we’re reminded that some of life’s greatest moments are shared over good food and even better company.

We wrapped up an incredible weekend at Smoke-N-Wings 2026 in Blackfoot, Idaho, and we’re bringing home a 10th Place Ribs walk! 🔥

Results:
🐔 Chicken – 19th
🏆 Ribs – 10th (Walk!)
🐷 Pork – 17th
🥩 Brisket – 30th

Any time you hear your team called, it’s a great day on the BBQ circuit. We’re proud to bring home a Top 10 finish and excited to keep building on the momentum.

WOW… we’re blown away. ❤️

When we made our post this morning, we honestly didn’t know if we’d be able to make it to Blackfoot this weekend. Within minutes, our phones started ringing, messages started pouring in, and so many of you stepped up with offers to lend, rent, or help us find a truck.

Because of this incredible BBQ community, our friends, family, and supporters, we now have multiple options and will be making our way to Blackfoot! 🚛🔥

It’s moments like this that remind us that BBQ is so much more than a competition—it’s a family. The willingness of so many people to help, many of whom we’ve never even met, is something we won’t forget.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for every message, every phone call, every lead, and every offer to help. Your support means the world to us.

Now it’s time to get loaded up, hit the road, and represent all of you this weekend. Let’s go cook! 🐂🔥

🚨 PIMPS DOWN! 🚨

Well… this definitely wasn’t part of the game plan.

Tractor’s truck decided it needed an unexpected vacation to the shop this morning, and we’re now in a race against the clock. If it’s not repaired before we leave tomorrow, 5XL BBQ could miss our competition this weekend. 😬

We’re doing everything we can to make it happen, including actively looking to rent a truck, but availability has been a challenge.

So here’s our ask:

🚛 Does anyone have a reliable ¾-ton or 1-ton truck we could borrow or rent for the weekend? We need something capable of safely pulling our competition trailer. We’re happy to discuss compensation, insurance, or rental costs.

If you can help—or know someone who can—please send us a message or give us a call as soon as possible.

We appreciate this amazing BBQ family more than you know. Here’s hoping we can get Tractor’s truck back on the road or find another set of wheels and keep the smoke rolling this weekend! 🤘🔥

The smokers are loaded, the meat is prepped, and 5XL BBQ is headed to Blackfoot, Idaho for Smoke-N-Wings 2026!

This week, Da Govna and Tractor are ready to throw down with some of the best teams around as we compete during the America 250 Celebration. We’re looking forward to great BBQ, great people, and another opportunity to hear our name called.
