I never thought I would encounter too much butter, but apparently I goofed on the recipe! Since I couldn’t toss such buttery goodness, we’re giving a packet of this to each of our customers until they run out! Maybe they’d be great crumbled on top of Ice Cream?! if you want these again, probably not! I have no idea how this happened!

This is the start of our potato harvest. How exciting! We… That is Glenn planted them in rows, not upright containers. Pretty exciting! As he said, if we planted one potato and got two potatoes, we’ve doubled our harvest. How’s that for a positive attitude?
