Stone fruit season is hands-down my favorite time of year, and the crown jewel? Peaches. 🍑

When they're at that exact right stage—juicy, plump, and bursting with sweet goodness before the summer heat turns them mealy—there's just nothing better.

So you're all going to have to suffer through peaches with me for another month or so. 💁‍♀️

🍑 Peach season is officially here at Sunny Fork ☀️

We've rolled out our summer menu with fresh peaches, seasonal breakfast specials, refreshing drinks, and a couple of new lunch favorites.

A few things we're excited about:

🍑 Golden Peach French Toast
🍑 Peach Cobbler Yogurt Bowl
🍑 Peach Ginger Bacon Croissant
🍑 Peach & Charred Corn Salad
🍑 Peach Lemonade
🍑 Peach Cobbler Iced Coffee

Along with our fresh juices, dirty sodas, breakfast favorites, and lunch menu.

Everything is made with the same goal we've had from the beginning: simple food, fresh ingredients, and a little creativity.

Not everything that comes across my cutting board makes the menu.

Sometimes it's just a customer saying, "Can you make me something with peaches?" and me saying, "I think I've got an idea."

From the garden → to the pot → to a Tupperware container riding shotgun on the way to my parents' house. 🌶️

Small-batch hot sauce made with peppers Tim grew on the farm. No fancy bottling line. No labels. Just a container of danger cruising down the highway.

☀️ Big news from Sunny Fork!

This summer we're expanding beyond the food truck and launching Sunny Fork Drinks at select community events throughout Pasco and Pinellas Counties.

We'll be serving:

Fresh Fruit Juice
Specialty Iced Coffee
Dirty Sodas

Our goal is simple: bring the same creative drinks and friendly service you know from Sunny Fork to community markets, car shows, festivals, and special events throughout the area.

We're excited to announce that our first event is officially on the calendar for June 13, with more events already in the works.

This is a big step for our little family business, and we're especially excited that our oldest son will be helping lead these events as we continue to grow.

Thank you for supporting Sunny Fork and helping us turn big ideas into reality. We can't wait to share this next chapter with you!

Some seasons are busier than others.

This one has me learning, adjusting, planning, and reminding myself why I started in the first place.

Sunny Fork may be small, but it's ours. Every early morning, every long day, every customer, every lesson, it all matters.

We're here and we're still building. ❤️

Just a quick heads up—we'll be closing at noon on Saturday to head to New Smyrna Beach and celebrate my dad's 65th birth...

Just a quick heads up—we'll be closing at noon on Saturday to head to New Smyrna Beach and celebrate my dad's 65th birthday. 🎂

We'll be serving breakfast and lunch as usual until 12pm, then we're off to spend the afternoon with family.

Thanks for understanding, and we'll see you Saturday morning!
