🥩 Authentic Korean Bulgogi (불고기) ✨

Did you know Bulgogi translates to "fire meat"? 🔥 Originating over 1,000 years ago as a royal court delicacy called 'Neobiani', this iconic dish features the perfect harmony of sweet, savory, and smoky flavors.

Here is a quick & foolproof traditional recipe for melt-in-your-mouth K-BBQ at home! 🥢👇

🌿 INGREDIENTS:
• 1 lb (450g) Ribeye or Top Sirloin (sliced paper-thin)
• 1/2 Onion & 2 Green onions (sliced)

🥣 THE SECRET MARINADE:
• 4 tbsp Soy sauce
• 2 tbsp Brown sugar (or honey)
• 1 tbsp Minced garlic + 1 tbsp Sesame oil
• 2 tbsp Mirin (cooking wine)
• 3 tbsp Grated Asian pear 🍏 (The secret to ultra-tender meat!)
• Black pepper & toasted sesame seeds

🔥 QUICK STEPS:
1️⃣ Mix the marinade, add beef and veggies, and toss to coat.
2️⃣ Marinate in the fridge for 30 mins (or overnight for deeper flavor).
3️⃣ Sear quickly on high heat for 3-5 minutes until caramelized.
