😂 Where are my Disney people at?!

We love Disney and it’s almost that time to renew annual passes! Last year we got the one where we could go on the weekends but we got into Farmers market and festivals and barely used our passes on the weekends. This time, we’re going to downgrade to the bare basic 🙌

Review of the meta glasses I got in my birthday- the lenses suck and scratches way too easily. Its own case is scratching the lenses!👎 camera quality is pretty good though 👍

Late post but thank you Eustis for a wonderful market last Friday. This was probably the most welcoming and appreciative large scale event we have ever been to! What a great first event for the year! 🤩

Did “puto bumbong” season feel like it went by way too fast? Well, we got you! 👍

One of our specials this week is P**o Bumbong. This traditional Filipino sticky rice cake that is sweet and vibrant purple in color is associated with Christmas season in the Philippines. It’s topped with butter, brown sugar and grated coconut. So yummy 😋 great for dessert or a snack 🙌 💯

This week’s new special is our Filipino Siaomai. It’s a version of the traditional chinese dumplings, commonly steamed and widely popular in the Philippines as a beloved street food, snack or main meal.

We have it available in pork, chicken and beef! Try it with our made from scratch sauces- soy sauce/lemon and crispy garlic chilli sauce.

This why I miss living in an RV sometimes!

Some neighbor that’s part of the HOA and have a lot of time on their hands because they’re failing at life filed a complaint against us about our foodtruck with the county. Mind you, this is the same HOA dummy we emailed before we even purchased the truck to make sure it was ok. She said as long as it’s not a semi truck it’s ok. Next thing you know we’re getting a visit from county code enforcer on my birthday with a possible $500 a day fine. So, of course, as soon as I could find time, I wanted to match this fool’s pettiness because, you know, life is short 😂

So I posted this on the community group page on Facebook. I wanted to shake the tree to see what kind of HOA nuts would fall off 😝 As I was getting comments and reactions, within 15-20 minutes my post got taken down. Because of course, the admin for that group is part of the HOA.

Just Some regular communist crap that goes on in communities with HOA bullies. You just pay into something so they can power trip all over you. This is what we get. We initially wanted a nice piece of land with no neighbors but we got sidetracked by Disney and a private pool 😂 oh well🤷🏻‍♀️next time

Sadly, we’ve had to cancel most of our events for the rest of the year so we can make time to make changes to our home to keep our food truck more efficient and compliant getting in and out of our house to get to our events. Also, not gonna lie, we were a bit demotivated that people are as****es, especially during the Christmas season when “Tis the season” not to be a do*****ag 😔

It has been a much needed time off relaxing and being together with family but we are very excited for our upcoming events next month!
