We thought we had breaking news from across the parking lot… FALSE ALARM. 😂 Nothing to report.

But over here? PLENTY happening. 🍕🔥

This week we added a THIRD DECK to our oven — more pizza, more wings, more knots and shorter wait times!

Publix may be quiet…but our ovens definitely aren’t. 😉

👀 A little behind-the-scenes at Grand Central Pizza Station… We’ve officially added a THIRD DECK to our ovens! 🔥🍕 Why? Because you guys keep us BUSY and we’re making room for even more of the good stuff.

After weeks of watching… waiting… and wondering… demolition has officially begun! 👷‍♂️🚧

And apparently, we now have dinner AND a show. 😂🍕

Come for the demolition.
Stay for the pizza. 🍕😎

Publix is still closed. GCPS is still OPEN.
Morale remains high. 😂

PARKING UPDATE: We have located it. 😂

Yes, Publix is still closed. Yes, construction is still happening. And YES — there is still plenty of parking to get to Grand Central Pizza Station! 🍕🚗

Don’t let the construction scare you away. The path to pizza remains open. We have provisions. We have parking. We have cheese.

He’s been monitoring the situation closely.

🔨 Publix: Still closed
🍕 GCPS: Still open
🧀 Cheese reserves: Strong
🚗 Parking: Plentiful
🔭 Dan: Taking this assignment way too seriously

No movement yet, folks. But don’t worry — Dan will continue monitoring the situation so you don’t have to.

In the meantime, pizza operations remain completely unaffected. 😂🍕

🚨 PUBLIX CLOSURE SURVIVAL UPDATE: DAY 4🚨

Well, it’s official. Our Publix neighbor has temporarily closed its doors for a major renovation and is expected to be gone for about 15 months.

But before anyone gets the wrong idea… Grand Central Pizza Station is OPEN. 🍕And since 15 months is a really long time to be without our neighbor, we’ve decided there’s only one thing to do: document our survival. 😂

Over the coming months, Dan will be providing periodic Publix Closure Survival Updates from the field and keeping you informed on construction activity, team morale, parking conditions and, most importantly, our cheese reserves.

So far:

🍕 Pizza ovens: Operational
🧀 Cheese reserves: Strong
👥 Team morale: High
🚗 Parking: Plentiful
🔨 Publix: Under construction
❤️ GCPS: OPEN & ready to see you

So while things around the plaza may look a little different for a while, we’re still here, still slinging pies and still counting on our amazing community to keep visiting us throughout the construction.

It’s Day 4. Only 15-ish months to go. 😂 PUBLIX IS CLOSED. GCPS IS NOT. 15 months. No Publix. Plenty of pizza. 🍕
