As another confirmation for potentially getting a full service food trailer goes in the books with winning the BBQ Brawl, what all things do you look for when visiting and purchasing from a bbq vendor? Whether it be at an event, a roadside pop-up, or at a catering. What makes you want to go back for more and something that is a positive for the provider?
