Honeywell… 🐝💛
What started as a little dream of mine became a reality, and somehow became so much more than I ever could have imagined.
It’s hard to put into words what Honeywell has meant to me. This was never just a business or a place where I made drinks. Honeywell became a huge part of my life. It gave me a place to grow, to learn, to make mistakes, to celebrate victories, and most importantly, to meet some of the most amazing people I could have ever asked to cross paths with.
With a very bittersweet heart, I have to announce that tomorrow, Friday, August 21st, and Saturday, August 22nd, will be our (Ally and Christine’s) LAST days at Honeywell.
Closing this chapter is something I never imagined would be so emotional. There have been so many early mornings, long days, crazy orders, laughs, tears, celebrations, stressful moments, and countless memories made behind those doors. Looking back, I realize that the little things I sometimes took for granted are the things I’m going to miss the most.
The customers who became familiar faces.
The people who walked in having a bad day and left with a smile.
The conversations that turned into friendships.
The people who believed in my dream before they even knew how much it meant to me.
The employees who stood beside me.
The friends and family who supported me through every high and low.
You all became a part of Honeywell’s story. And more importantly, you became a part of mine. 💛
I will forever cherish the memories and relationships that Honeywell brought into my life. I’m incredibly grateful for every person who ever ordered a drink, shared a post, told a friend about us, stopped in just to say hello, supported us from day one, or simply believed in what I was building.
And while this chapter is coming to an end, the drinks you love aren’t going anywhere! 🫶🏼 The recipes, flavors, and memories will continue on, just in a different chapter.
I’m walking away from Honeywell with a full heart and so much gratitude. I may be closing the doors on my chapter at Honeywell, but I’m taking every lesson, every friendship, every memory, and every bit of love with me.
To the little girl who once dreamed of owning something of her own—you did it.
Thank you, Honeywell, for being one of the most beautiful chapters of my life. Thank you for giving me a dream to chase and a community to share it with.
Please come see us one last time this Friday & Saturday. Come grab your favorite drink, give us a hug, take a picture, and help me say goodbye to a place that will always hold such a special piece of my heart.

Here’s to the people.
And here’s to whatever comes next.
