Being a student entrepreneur is quite a unique experience but it is one I wouldn’t trade for anything! I am proud to be a Mercerian and to be part of a university that is invested in its students’ success. It’s on every banner you see on campus, but at Mercer, we say everyone majors in changing the world, and I am very grateful that cake is my way of doing so.

Cake it with Chloe is on the brink of a new phase for the business and I am thankful for the continued support as I work toward my MBA at Mercer. 🧡🍰🎉

Everyone deserves a piece of cake! 🎂Meet Mercer University alumna...

The very best things take time.

There’s a seat at the table waiting for you, and I can’t wait to see you there. ☺️🍰

Been a little quiet lately because it’s been a lil busy! 🥳🍰

Mercer has felt like my very own yellow brick road and I couldn’t have loved it more if I tried. Being a student entrepreneur is a very unique experience — challenging, but one of the most rewarding times. I am so grateful for the opportunity to study and learn while also growing my own business.

At Mercer, we say that everyone majors in changing the world. Before I came to Mercer, I thought changing the world only included those who were on track to find a cure for cancer, solve world hunger, or do some other grand gesture the world deems as world-changing. (While those are certainly necessary and important, my gifts did not fall in that category🤪) Now, I’m leaving here very grateful that I know how to change the world in my own ways — through cake, of course.

Everyone deserves a piece of cake. Everyone has a seat at the table. We all carry our own gifts. What’s important is we go out and use them for good. Use the gifts to change the world in your own ways. 🩷

The very best four years. Thank you Mercer for everything! 🧡🎓

So incredibly excited and humbled to share that Cake it with Chloe is Mercer University’s Next Big Idea winner taking home $4,000 in prize money!!! 🥳🏆🍰

$4,000 to go into this brand for YOU! So that we may all have a seat at the table, and, of course, enjoy a piece of cake while we’re there. 🥰🩷

A very big thank you to for a wonderful event.
