Top Notch BBQ is proud to have the opportunity of preparing a fantastic array of Smoked Meats for our 1 and Only Caney Valley Marching Trojans Band! THIS amazing group of young folks under the direction of Danny Burns , the Master of Music, has been working thier tales off this year to bring you a fantastic Field show consisting of a collaboration of " The Doors" tunes! The band this year consists of 27 students with and has a mixture of 1st time appearances all the way to Seniors of the CV squad! TOMMOROW we say THANK YOU for thier hard dedication and efforts with a very strenuous 2 weeks band camp coming to a closure! We are proud as band parents and along side several other band parents and the help of Rainys Custom Butchering , we shall feast tommorow on a smorgasbord of BBQ, Baked beans, potato salad, mac n cheese, and all the deserts and fixin's to boot! PROUD OF YOUR HARD WORK Trojan Band! YOU DESRERVE THIS!

Just smoked my 1st deer leg roast and mannnnn u talk about good stuff! LOW AND SLOW for 2 hours until it hit 140 then pan seared in a bacon tallow until crisp on the edge! Oh soooo good! TOP Notch BBQ and Smoked Meats for the win!
