We’ve got one more Waite & Sea experience to share with you before we take a break for the summer — next Tuesday, June 30 at 6:30pm. 🤘🔥🐟

This series brings us back to the early days of Wrench: a small room, an intimate setting, Chef Davin behind the sushi bar and plenty of wild creativity along the way.

Last night’s dinner was an absolute blast (along with the previous two), and we hope you’ll join us next week for our final installment of the season next week. A few seats are still available, so grab them while you can at the link in bio.

Happy Father’s Day!! 🐟💥 At Wrench, family & community has always been at the heart of what we do. It’s where we started, it’s who we cook for, and it’s what keeps this place growing.

Today we’re grateful for the dads, grandpas, mentors, teachers and father figures who lift us up, keep us grounded, tell good jokes, and help shape the people we become.

Three generations, plenty of love, and a whole lot to be thankful for.

From our family to yours, happy Father’s Day. We can’t wait to feed you tonight.

A little taste of Waite & Sea, from Davin Waite himself 🤘

We’re halfway through the series, and we’ve only got two dinners left before we disappear for the summer.

For Davin, this is a chance to get the wiggles out with dry-aged seafood, small-batch ferments, homegrown ingredients (The Plot Garden Project)… while revisiting the early days of Wrench in a smaller-room setting, that allows for deeper connection and the kind of conversations that don’t always get to happen on a busy night.

It’s intimate, a little weird, and built around what’s inspiring him right now.

Next up: this Tuesday 6/23, then one more on Tuesday 6/30.

We never say no to nigiri — and with this many options, it’s pretty hard to 🐟

We’ve got Wrench classics like black cod or swordfish with miso truffle, and scallop with truffle caviar, just to name a few.

Then there are the daily specials: fresh inspiration from what our local fishermen are bringing in, what’s growing in our garden, what’s seasonal, what’s dry-aging, and whatever our chefs are excited to play with that night. *Pro tip: we’ve got a few dry agers in the restaurant, so you can take a peek for yourself and see what’s hanging out.

And then there’s Omakase with multiple courses featuring curated selections of nigiri, and plenty of surprises that change every single night. Chef Davin also prepares a variety to feature on his Waite & Sea menu (2 dinner left this month, 6/23 & 6/30).

Dry-aged yellowtail, soy-pickled squash + squash stems from The Plot Garden Project.

This is the perfect example of the kind of dish you’ll taste at Waite & Sea. A dish that celebrates local fish, garden abundance & total utilization… with a little Davin Waite magic to pull it all together.

Right now the garden is beaming with Zephyr squash and so much inspiration, and Chef Davin’s been spending hours out there tending, harvesting, and letting what’s growing shape what hits the plate. Every part has a purpose, and every ingredient gets a chance to speak… sea, soil, squash, fish — all in conversation.

We’ve got another Waite & Sea dinner this Tuesday 6/16 with just a few seats left, and two more coming up this month on 6/23 and 6/30.
