Employee Appreciation Spotlight ☀️🌊
Meet Celeste! She's been part of the Oyhut Bay Grill family for 2 years!
She is one of our amazing cooks and is also the creative force behind our rotating mini cakes and house-made desserts, always trying new recipes and bringing fresh ideas to the menu because she simply loves baking 🤩
You might have also tried her family's recipe for crab cakes, which we have on our menu after 11:30am!! 🦀
When we asked about her favorites, this is her order:
She starts with a whiskey sour 🥃 For appetizer, she would get Honey-Balsamic Glazed Brussel sprouts and Cheese Curds. For entree, she goes for the Ribeye steak (cooked medium rare!!) with veggies and our garlic mashed potatoes, and of course finishes with one of her mini cakes! 🎂
Her favorite part about working at Oyhut?
“The people. It’s very special and unique to me to be able to interact with guests through our open concept kitchen. We also have amazing coworkers and they make it a joy to come into work every day!”

Blueberry Coho Salmon.. perfectly cooked Coho salmon topped with our house-made red wine blueberry reduction, served with seasonal vegetables and your choice of side.

This one is so popular that guests tell us they come back year after year just for it. One bite and you’ll understand why. 😉😁

When we asked about her favorites, this is her order:
She loves a Black Manhattan or Spiced Blueberry Mojito, starts with a cup of clam chowder and steamer clams, then goes for the Filet Mignon (medium rare!) Surf & Turf style with scallops, mashed potatoes, and a dinner salad with honey mustard… and of course finishes with Turtle Cheesecake 😉
