We are excited to roll out our brand new sparkling energizers and fruit smoothies!

Our energy drinks are specially crafted using lotus energy, offered in four flavors curated by our staff. Also, come in and ask about our sugar free options.

To accommodate our energizers, we’re now carrying freshly blended smoothies, made with a delicious purée and flavor of your choice!

Listed below are our new menus we will have displayed in the cafe and online. Stop by, grab a drink, and enjoy one of our delicious beverages Monday-Saturday 6am-2pm.

Good Morning Gluten Free Friends!!!  today we are offering gluten-free blueberry muffins that have been baked on the same equipment as all of our other baked goods, but washed thoroughly and only contain simple gluten-free ingredients. Supply is limited as we are testing this recipe out.

🐋 Introducing the release of “The Jonah”

This one’s more than just a tuna sandwich… it’s inspired by one of the most powerful (and honest) stories in the Bible.

Have you ever read the Book of Jonah?

Here’s what really stood out to me:

Most of us think Jonah ran because he was afraid…But that’s not it.

Jonah ran because he knew God would show mercy — and he didn’t want Him to.

He didn’t want Nineveh (his enemies) to be forgiven.

That changes everything.

• Jonah wasn’t running from a task… he was running from God’s grace
• He wanted justice… God wanted mercy
• The storm wasn’t punishment — it was redirection
• The “big fish” wasn’t the end… it was actually rescue
• Even after Jonah obeyed, his heart still needed transformation

Some “God shots” I love from this book:

• We love God’s mercy… until it’s given to people we struggle with
• God cares about people we might not think deserve it
• His grace is bigger than our opinions, our hurt, and our boundaries
• God doesn’t just want obedience — He wants our hearts

“The Jonah” is a reminder that God meets us even when we’re running — and His mercy reaches further than we expect.

Today was one of those moments that reminded me why we started Anchored Café & Deli.

During a little downtime between making cinnamon rolls and pulling espresso shots, our internal team had a discussion about other religions ect. I happened to have my Bible with me so I opened it right there in the middle of the café floor and had a full discussion about about Gods promises to Abraham through both Isaac and Ishmel.

We spent time in Genesis talking through Scripture, asking questions, and just having honest conversation. Watching their curiosity and being able to share what I’ve learned was one of the most fulfilling moments I’ve had since opening our doors.

Moments like this are the reason I stepped away from my previous career to pursue this mission. Anchored Café was never meant to be just coffee and food — it’s meant to be a place where people can gather, learn, encourage each other, and talk about the things that truly matter.

Coffee. Community. Faith.

Grateful for every conversation that happens within these walls. ☕⚓📖
