We will be open on Thanksgiving Day from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM at our Ocean City location, serving breakfast favorites along with our holiday offerings. Whether you’re dining in before the parade or picking up to enjoy at home, we’d be happy to see you.

Meet Rosie, one of the friendly faces making your mornings brighter at Uncle Bill’s in Ocean City, NJ! ☀️ 💙

How long have you been working at Uncle Bill’s?
This is my fourth summer.

What’s your favorite thing on the menu?
The gluten-free blueberry pancakes! I have celiac, and they’re the best gluten-free pancakes I’ve ever had. I love that we offer them here.

What do you love about working here?
The staff is definitely the best part. Everyone is super friendly and always willing to help each other out.

What do you like to do in Ocean City on your day off?
I like to spend time with friends and family, and I love going surfing with my coworker Maggie.

Do you have a hidden talent or skill most people don’t know about?
I love to paint and draw! Recently, I’ve also gotten into sewing. 🧵

What’s your all-time favorite TV show?
Definitely Breaking Bad.

What are you studying in school, and what would you like to do with your degree?
I just graduated from Penn State University this past May with my bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education! This upcoming school year, I’ll be working as a building substitute to gain more experience, with hopes of having my own classroom in the near future.

How long have you been working at Uncle Bills?
This is my 5th Summer.

What’s your favorite thing on the menu? #4,the chocolate chip pancakes, soo good! But honestly, our lunch menu is great- this salad sampler with a scoop of tuna salad, chicken salad, and egg salad is so good, it’s the perfect medley.

What do you love about Uncle Bill’s?
I love my coworkers and working near the beach:)

Hot coffee in the morning or cold brew? Definitely a cold brew.

What are you studying in school and what would you like to do with your degree?
I am studying marketing, but I would love to become an interior designer one day!

How long have you been working at Uncle Bills? This is my second summer, but I work here year-round.

What’s your favorite thing on the menu? The #24, buttermilk pancakes with bacon and eggs.

Who would play you in the movie about your life? I’d have to say Demetra Dias.

What’s one song that always gets you in a good mood before a shift?
Waiting in vain by Bob Marley!

And besides this, obviously, what’s your dream job?
I plan on continuing school to become a doctor.

How long have you been working at Uncle Bill’s?
About four years now. I wasn’t here last summer, but I’m happy to be back this summer.
What’s your favorite thing on the menu?
Ooh, if it’s not one of the specials we don’t have every day, then I always go for the #84—peanut butter chocolate chip pancakes.
If you were a breakfast item, what would you be and why?
I’d have to be pancakes—because they’re the best breakfast there is. Or, if I had to pick from our menu, probably a #25 or #24, since you get the bacon, eggs, and pancakes all together.
What’s your favorite thing to do in Ocean City on your day off? I like going to the beach or heading over to the Longport Bridge to watch the sunset.
And what would you like to do after Uncle Bill’s?
I want to open my own bakery—my own bagel place—right here in Ocean City.
