We buy organic produce from local farmers and seafood from the commercial fishing harbor right outside our restaurant. We feature all natural products - steering clear of preservatives and antibiotics. Whole grains and whole foods are used in the preparation of our menu - which our chefs write twice daily, based on what's fresh, available and delicious. Local. Organic. Taste the difference.

After one busy, wild, and amazing season, our crew is taking a much-needed day to rest, recharge, and enjoy a little time off. 💙

We couldn’t do what we do without the incredible people behind the scenes who keep The Shark swimming all season long — so today, we’re giving them the day off! 🫶🏼
