Any-hoo…. This is a lemon cake filled with lemon pudding and covered in lemon buttercream! 🍰☝️The cake and pudding are sweet so I made the frosting a little tart! It is a great ⚖️ balance!

It’s not just about how your cakes, cookies and other desserts L👀K on the table, the TASTE is 🚨crucial🚨 to a great experience!

Throwback! I have always been interested in baking and have loved a challenge! When I was a little girl, I’d collect all kinds of recipes and magazine clippings of fun and beautiful food. Sometimes, I’d get brave enough to try one. This is a cake I made in freshman year of high school! First ever decorated cake. Too bad I didn’t stop decorating for so many years, I’m sure I’d be an expert by now! But, I’m definitely practicing these days and improving my skills no doubt! Super fun! (P.S. I still have a few clippings from elementary school!!) my recipe collection is huge to say the least!
