🔥 Full pound — $24
🔥 Half pound — $14

Full transparency: this is our first time doing it, so these prices could change once we figure out exactly how much weight we’re yielding after it comes off the smoker tomorrow morning. Availability might be limited, too—we’ll know more once it’s ready!

It’s Tuesday… that means it’s PREP DAY! 🔥💪🏼 Time to get everything ready for y’all tomorrow!

33 slabs of ribs, 100 pounds of brisket, 70 pounds of pork, 80 pounds of chicken, 20 pounds of turkey, a couple hundred wings, two slabs of beef ribs, plenty of sausage… then the beans, the mac, the slaw, the desserts… 😮‍💨🔥

Our prep days are absolutely OFF THE CHAIN, and Wednesday is considered a light day around here 😂💪🏼 A whole lot of work goes into getting that food out the window, and we’re grateful for every one of y’all who makes it worth it! ❤️

🚨 Tomorrow is your ONLY chance to get our BBQ this week! Remember, we’ll be out of town and CLOSED this coming Saturday, so come get your fix!
