Loretta's Country Kitchen has spent 25 years feeding—and supporting—its community. This Oakwood favorite sources food locally, including dairy from Mountain Fresh Creamery and chicken from Springer Mountain Farms, and sponsored our Great Southern Biscuit Beatdown!

Mr. Grant Nichols bought the business from his father and continues its commitment to the people they serve. And if you’re picking up a meal on the go, they even have a double drive-through.

Alright everybody!!! Mark your calendars cause this Saturday, September 12th, is our 25th Anniversary!!!

We will be offering an all day 25% discount to all customers who dine inside with us!!! We also have a limited run of merch coming out for the 25th!!! (More info on that soon 😉)

Today is our 25th and Final day of our 25th Anniversary Customer Highlights!!! While it may be our last post, this one holds a special place in our hearts. Today we're honoring the memory our very first regular, Curtis Hubbard. Curtis was with us from the start back in '01. He and his wife Betty could be found breakfast, lunch, and dinner every single day (when he wasn't out running his dogs for rabbits). Curtis was a connoisseur of cantaloupe and always had a slice on his plate and was a huge fan of the Bone-In Catfish. Every Monday night he would swing by to get some for Betty and take it back to her! Curtis also raised whole generations of hunting dogs on our leftover chicken and steak (boy them dogs could HOWL).

We miss Curtis dearly, and hope you all can share in remembering him with us. Furthermore, thank each and every one of you for making us a part of your lives and community over these last 25 years. Here's to the next 25!!!

Larry is one of our closing time regulars who always comes in to chat it up with us before we start cleanin' up for the night. Day 20 of our 25th Anniversary Customer Highlights!!! Today we're giving a shout out to some of the best local professionals you can find. The fellas from Elrod Electric have been coming round for years on end as well as handling all of our electric work (You ain't gonna find better Electricians)!
But let's not forget Mr. David Collins either. He's a stand up guy and an outstanding craftsman (who helped us with finishing out the Diner at INK).

Let's give it up for these guys!!!
