Homemade Ice Cream…The Old Fashioned Way
Each summer, we sell homemade ice cream at a limited number of large-scale events in Virginia. Our ice cream is made with locally-sourced ingredients and is slow-churned in old-fashioned ice cream freezers using ice and rock salt. Our freezers are powered by an antique 1927 John Deere hit-and-miss engine. Be sure to listen for the familiar “putt-putt-putt”

of the engine to locate us at our next event. Grass-Fed Black Angus Beef Direct From the Farmer
• Hormone Free
• Antibiotic Free
• Complimentary delivery for select orders in Fairfax, Oakton, and Vienna
• Meat is cut by a local USDA inspected meat processing facility
• Vacuum-packed to preserve freshness and conserve freezer space
• Available in 1/4 or 1/2 a steer; al a-carte options are also available.
