Two things I love:
1) The “Veggie Only” sink at
2) Chard bc a small serving covers your daily need for vitamins A and K and nearly fulfills the RDI for vitamin C.
In addition, swiss chard is a good source of calcium, magnesium, copper, zinc, sodium, phosphorus and vitamin E.

Simply chop and add to your morning egg/tofu scramble, add to soup during the last 2 minutes of simmering or mix into pasta sauce…

Honestly it can go in almost anything!
