Summer doesn’t last forever and neither will this tostada.

Heirloom tomatoes, Balakian Farm peaches, cucumber, melted provolone, salsa macha verde, fried leeks, smoked sea salt, and a squeeze of lemon.

Sweet, salty, smoky, crunchy, juicy basically everything we want to eat when the sun’s out.
