The CEO of Darden promised $12 an hour to staff, but he lied! He was including tips and some workers are still at $2.13 an hour. Meanwhile that CEO (Gene Lee) took home nearly $8.7 MILLION in the 2020 fiscal year! That’s over 500 times more than the median Darden employee pay.
