It’s officially summer in the Western Hemisphere and yeah, it’s crazy hot.

We’re here to help you cool down the best way we know how.

Our cocktails were built for days like this. Each one is crafted with real ingredients, thoughtful recipes, and a whole lot of love behind the bar:

🍓 Strawberry Fields – Reposado with peak-season strawberries and mint from our friends at Kern Family Farm in North Fork. Fresh, fruity, and smooth.

🍈 Kiwi Basil – Tequila Cimarrón Reposado, muddled kiwi, fresh basil, lime, and agave nectar. A little tart, a little sweet, and totally refreshing.

🍊 Paloma Querida – Blanco, grapefruit juice, lime, agave, a salted rim, and a splash of sparkle. Light, citrusy, and bright.

🍋 Lime Margarita – G4 Tequila Blanco, Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao, lime, and agave nectar. Bright, crisp, and beautifully balanced.

We’re Back with the Classics – Pozole Season Has Arrived!

Nothing warms up a chilly, windy fall day like a steaming bowl of our beloved Pozole. This season, we’re bringing you two incredible, centuries-old classics—Pozole Rojo and Pozole Verde—both crafted to perfection with the freshest, tastiest, and healthiest ingredients.

Pozole Rojo with tender pork brings tradition to the table, layered with guajillo and red chiles, garlic, and warming spices that build a deep, comforting richness in every spoonful.

Pozole Verde with tender chicken is a superfood sensation, brimming with green peppers, pepitas, herbs, and garlic—a vibrant, nutritious boost for body and soul.

Each bowl comes packed with the essentials: crisp cabbage, radishes, onion, and a wedge of lime to make every bite pop. And for those craving a little extra heat, ask for our secret Salsa Matcha—a punchy salsa that’s so good (and so spicy) we keep it under close guard, only releasing it to the brave souls who dare to request it!
