Hi everyone!
Thank you so much for coming out to our event. We were a little overwhelmed by the huge turnout and things got pretty chaotic. Normally with a food truck here we see 2 to 4 times our usual business, but this time it was close to 10 times busier. There was no way we could have handled that volume, and we sincerely apologize. We also had a problem with the thermostat on our oven, so the pizzas weren’t as consistent as usual.
For anyone who wasn’t able to get a slice of pizza, just text me and I’ll send you a coupon for a two-for-one deal next time.
For those who did pre-order — thank you very much! You understood the assignment. We really encourage everyone to pre-order for future events so we can better meet the demand. If you had a bad experience or anything went wrong, please reach out to me directly and I’ll be happy to make it right.
For those of you who wrote reviews or left negative comments, please keep in mind that these were not normal operating conditions. We’d really appreciate it if you’d give us another chance under regular circumstances.
