Today was a **ROUGH day** for Southern Sips. 😅

Our truck battery died, and then we heard a horrible noise on the way to work. We turned around and discovered the trailer trim was digging into our tire. 😳

That led us to find a **bad weld underneath the trailer that had completely detached.**

Honestly, as frustrating as today was, I can’t help but feel like we were **being watched over today.** 🙏❤️ If we hadn’t heard that noise and turned around, we could have been driving down the highway when that weld gave way. What could have been a really dangerous situation was caught before we even got out of the neighborhood.

So today, we’re choosing to be **grateful instead of frustrated.** It was a rough day, but we’re incredibly thankful for the little warning that kept it from becoming something much worse. ❤️

THIS SATURDAY! 🎶 Join us at the Museum of Appalachia for Summer Sessions!

Enjoy a FREE evening of live music from Shawn Camp, Verlon Thompson, and Madelyn Tallent. Food and drinks will be available from The Restaurant at the Museum of Appalachia, Yee-Haw Brewing Co., and Southern Sips.

Music starts at 6:00 PM, so grab your lawn chairs and come spend Saturday evening with us!

Summer Sessions is presented by ORNL Federal Credit Union, with support from Yee-Haw Brewing Co. and WDVX.

For the safety and preservation of the Museum, no coolers, outside food, or non-service animals are allowed.
