Get to know Mikal ✨

As our Front of House Floor Manager, Mikal brings a passion for hospitality to Mother Handsome every day. He graduated with degrees in Food & Beverage Management and Culinary Arts, and loves getting to combine that knowledge with what he enjoys most: connecting with customers and working alongside a great team.

Known for his positive attitude and friendly personality, Mikal believes a positive, supportive workplace creates the best experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

His go-to order is the Apple Cider Slush in the fall and the Pesto Pizza with Chicken year-round. 🍎🍕

Outside of MH, you’ll find Mikal making music, modeling, cooking, experimenting with mixology, photography, or creative directing. He’s passionate about blending hospitality, food, entertainment, and creativity in everything he does.

He hopes to continue growing as a hospitality professional and creative entrepreneur. His long-term goals are to one day become a TV chef, and to open a jazz-inspired wine bar that brings together great food, wine, music, and community.
