Awakening Coffee & Taphouse Update ☕🎶

Just a quick heads up—there will be no food truck this Friday, June 26th, and Awakening Coffee will close at 1:00 PM so our team can begin festival setup.

After closing, we’ll be busy transforming the space behind the coffee shop for the Oak Grove Festival on Saturday. We’ll be setting up the event tent, beer garden, music area, chairs, and all the final details needed to make this year’s festival a success.

Thank you for your understanding and support as we prepare for one of our favorite community events of the year!

Join us on Saturday, June 27th, from 11 AM to 4 PM for a day filled with great music, local vendors, food, community, and fun for the whole family.

🌟 Don’t Forget the Kids’ Market Today! 🌟

One of the best parts of being part of a community is watching the next generation learn, create, and grow.

Today we’ve donated our outdoor space behind Awakening Coffee so some amazing neighborhood kids can host their very own market! Stop by between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM to support these young entrepreneurs as they sell their handmade items, treats, and treasures.

Bring the family, say hello, and encourage these hardworking kids as they learn what it’s like to run a small business. ❤️

Ever wonder what a business owner does on their day off?

They do more work. 😊

Today’s project: putting together a new event tent for all the fun things we host here at Awakening Coffee & Taphouse. Food trucks, live music, community events, private parties, and everything in between doesn’t just magically happen—there’s a lot of behind-the-scenes work that goes into creating the space we all enjoy.

So while many people are enjoying a day off, we’re assembling tents, moving tables, fixing things, planning events, and getting ready for the next gathering.

We wouldn’t trade it for anything. ❤️
