💙 With Heavy Hearts… 💙

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Ed Miller, the heart and soul of SnoBiz O’Fallon.

For 30 years, Ed poured his heart into SnoBiz. What started as a business became so much more—a place filled with family, friendships, laughter, memories, and, of course, lots of shaved ice. 🍧

To so many of our employees, Ed wasn’t just the owner…he was “Pops.” He had a way of making people feel like family, and his impact will live on in everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

As we celebrated 30 years of SnoBiz just days ago, we celebrated something Ed was incredibly proud of. It’s hard to imagine SnoBiz without him, but we know his spirit will always be a part of this little place he loved so much.

Thank you, Ed, for 30 years of memories, hard work, laughter, and love. ❤️
