There’s a reason our customers keep coming back for this special dish. Pollo Los Incas is our house take on Peru’s beloved pollo a la brasa — chicken marinated in our own blend of Peruvian spices, then slow-roasted until the skin turns golden and crisp and the inside stays tender and juicy all the way through.

It’s comfort food with roots — the kind of dish that brings families together around the table, just like it does back home in Peru. Paired with our classic sides, it’s simple, satisfying, and unmistakably ours.

This weekend, come taste why it’s become a regular favorite at Los Incas.

This weekend, the fire is ready at Los Incas.
We’re featuring a special that comes straight from the heart of Peruvian tradition — Pollo Los Incas: our own take on the legendary Pollo a la Brasa. Marinated in Andean spices, slow-roasted until the skin turns golden and the meat falls right off the bone.
Because some dishes don’t just feed you — they take you somewhere.
Join us Saturday or Sunday. Bring the family, bring your appetite, bring your stories.
