Today, we get to publicly recognize someone who has truly earned her moment. 👩🏻‍🍳
Over the past several months, we have had the privilege of watching this young lady grow, step up, take on challenges, and consistently show us what she is capable of. Her dedication, work ethic, willingness to learn, and the care she puts into what she does have not gone unnoticed.

Today, we are incredibly proud to announce that she has been promoted to Sous Chef at Rendezvous!
We are so lucky to have her as part of our team, and even luckier to get to watch her continue to grow into the chef she is becoming.

And as if today wasn’t special enough… it’s also her birthday! 🎉🥳
Please join us in celebrating her accomplishments, her next chapter, and her birthday. We are so proud of you, Elle Belle and we are genuinely grateful that you chose to grow with us.
