BREAKING NEWS: Launching a business in the middle of a Pandemic was hard, but the thought of saying goodbye forever was even harder, so we'd rather call this - a New Approach.
As many of you know, Phantom-Burger was born out of the culinary creativity of Chef Art, who also happens to be the Executive Chef at The Regency. Coincidentally, the kitchen of Regency was the operational hub of Phantom-Burger that simply expanded to meet the opportunities that a ghost kitchen needed. Long-story-short, we were slowly growing by word-of-mouth, but not fast enough to find a balance with the increasing operational costs, so something had to change.
After great debate, effective December 31st, 2021, we are regretfully closing Phantom-Burger as a food-delivery business, and incorporating our Menu into the Regency Catering to Go Menu. With this transition, there are two major changes that may, unfortunately, impact our relationship. The first is that we can no longer participate in the local food delivery services so PICK-UP will be the only option available. The second is that to ensure we can maintain quality standards, we are limiting orders to only Monday - Friday and request a 24-hour advance order. Online order information will be available through the Regency Website within the next day or two, and when set, we'll post an update here.
In the days ahead, you will notice our web page and online profiles in the Delivery Apps being removed or changing and links will redirect you to the Phantom-Burger Menu on the Regency in O'Fallon's website.
To all of those who have supported Phantom-Burger thus far and those who we hope will continue during our transition, we want to extend our sincere "Thank You". We look forward to what lies ahead as well as continuing to celebrate and enjoy great food into the New Year. :)
