Hey all… no matter what we’ve tried today. We just can’t keep it cool and by the time the sun starts hitting our windows, we will be fried.

So far, we plan on closing at 4 PM. However if my skin starts to leather before, we will call it quits sooner

Inspired by her Italian heritage and the daydreams of her parents’ coffee bar, Marcella Mazzeo created Salonnière Coffee Bar with a simple goal: to bring people together.

Over the years, that vision has grown into something much bigger. As the challenges of the pandemic reshaped daily life, Salonnière became a place of comfort, connection, and community. The support of neighbors, friends, and customers helped transform a small coffee shop into one of Nyack’s most cherished gathering spaces, while also bringing generations of Marcella’s own family together through the business.
