Coming very soon our very first ghost kitchen! It has been a lot of work and delicious testing but we are coming to an end of a new project. Our food truck menu soon will be offered for curbside pick up or delivery!! Hopefully the first of many locations in westchester county and beyond …please stay tuned.

Monday’s are for reviewing the weekend and our weekend was a 10/10! We love seeing our clients’ happy faces and knowing we played a part in making their special day unforgettable. Now, we’re rolling right into another busy week. Stay tuned to see where the truck will be parked in the coming days :)

Busy week ahead for the Taco-ish crew! 🚚💨 We’ll be parked at our favorite spot, Stokes Farm, Thursday and Friday from 12pm-4pm and Hopper House in Nyack, Thursday 6PM-9PM!

PSA for our veggie lovers 🍅🥬 Stokes fresh produce is the absolute best and we highly recommend supporting their CSA veggie pick-up every Thursday, you will not be disappointed!

As for the weekend, we’ll be catering a private event and will not be available.
