The wait is over! Our 2026 Summer Concert Series kicks off THIS THURSDAY, and we can't wait to welcome you back for another season of live music, delicious food, cold drinks, great friends, and unforgettable summer nights. 🎉

Before you round up your crew and head our way, please take a moment to review a few important updates. We've refreshed some of our policies this year to help create a smoother, more enjoyable experience for everyone.

🎶 SUPPORTING LIVE MUSIC: To help us continue bringing amazing live music to our Summer Concert Series, a $10 per person cover charge will be added to your bill.

👥 ACCOMODATING LARGE GROUPS: Concert nights fill up fast! For large groups, please email [email protected] to reserve your spot ahead of time.

🍽️ LIMITED TABLE SIZING: To ensure the best experience for all guests, seating is limited to up to 10 guests per table. Please note that booking multiple tables does not guarantee your entire party will be seated together.

📧 RESERVATIONS: Your entire party must be present to be seated. Reservations will be held for up to 20 minutes past your scheduled time. After that, your table will be released to accommodate other guests.

💳 ONE TABLE, ONE CHECK: To keep concert nights running smoothly, we offer one check per table. Payment can be split across up to four credit or debit cards.

👉 GRATUITY: An 18% gratuity will automatically be added to parties of 6 or more guests.

For the past five years, Chef Joe has been bringing bold flavors, creativity, and great energy to our kitchen. He loves creating — and indulging in — delicious ethnic-inspired dishes, from smoky, mouthwatering BBQ to bold, flavor-packed specialties that keep guests coming back for more. 🔥

But ask Chef Joe his favorite part about what he does, and the answer is simple: making customers happy. From the first bite to the last, he loves knowing his food helps create memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

You can find him in the Fireside kitchen whipping up meals that are sure to satisfy your cravings and keep you coming back for seconds!

Faces of Fireside: Meet Erica, Fireside General Manager

Erica has been part of the Fireside and Showplace family for over 12 years, growing from bartender to server to manager, proudly leading the team. 👊🏻

What she loves most about the job is the people — from the coworkers she’s built lasting relationships with to the guests who have become familiar regulars over the years. She also enjoys that no two days are ever the same, always bringing something new and exciting. 🤩

When it comes to favorites, Erica’s top menu pick is the burger, paired perfectly with one of her go-to drinks: a Quattro on the rocks, a good ole classic Margarita, or an Old Fashioned — all served right here at Fireside. 🍔🥃

What she’s looking forward to most is the return of the summer concert series and the fun, lively atmosphere it brings each year! 🎶
