Colonial Ale House is busy and we’re adding to the team:
-Bartenders
-Servers
-Line cooks
-Food runners
-Dishwashers
We’re a neighborhood b**r bar with a full kitchen. 16 draft lines, four Czech side-pull taps - a selection that runs from Miller High Life to Cantillon. We serve elevated comfort food and are passionate about offering the finest seafood available.
Front of house applicants: You don’t need to be a b**r expert, but you need to want to become one. We’ll train you on every b**r and every pour. We also have a full bar, so bartenders need at least one year experience. Servers need at least six months experience, and familiarity with Toast POS is a plus. No experience needed for food runners - just a good attitude, strong work ethic and an emphasis on teamwork.
Kitchen: Line cooks need at least one year experience and working with seafood, or on a fryer in a fast-paced environment are advantages. No experience is required for dishwashers. Show up on time, work hard, and there’s a path onto the line if you want it.
