From the bottom of our hearts- thank you for your support throughout the years. What started with Betta’s passion to share her recipes with the world became my impetus to strive to make the elusive perfect pizza pie the way pizza was intended, baked in a wood fired oven. 41 years of making pizzas, the chase ended Saturday September 3, 2022. Although Betta’s Italian Oven has come to an end the friendships we’ve made surly will last a lifetime. As this chapter ends a new and exciting chapter begins. Please stay tuned!

With the heaviest of hearts I’m sad to announce the passing of Mom, Betta DeLuca. Our world as I know is forever shattered as of today. Heaven gained a sweet, loving, kind, wonderful soul who gave so much to so many as we here now have to pick up the pieces and find a way to carry on. Thank you everyone for your prayers and thoughts, my family and I are gracious.

Dear friends of Betta’s, once again I ask for your understanding and prayers as my mother, our matriarch Betta has fallen I’ll and is battling this horrible virus in the worst way. Without Mom there could be no Betta’s Italian Oven. She is not only the backbone to who we are but a compassionate loving soul who has given so much to so many. I ask all of to please keep her in your prayers and ask our Lord to give her strength so she can come home and help many more people. Mom, we love and are praying for you, please be strong and come home soon.
