koji miso soup, little neck clam, grilled kirimochi

American A5 wagyu katsu, caviar, kimizu

- akami (bluefin) zuke
- otoro
- sake toro (salmon belly) zuke
- botan ebi (spot prawn) with foie gras
- Miyazaki A5 wagyu with Hokkaido uni
- marinated orata (European snapper)
- kombu-marinated masu (ocean trout)
- smoked unagi with dark chocolate sauce
- caramelized tamago (egg omelet)
- miso black cod maki

In addition to our à la carte menu, we are celebrating mom early and will be offering a special Mother’s Day Kaisen Don Set for $75 on May 8, 9, and 10 (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday) during dinner service, dine-in only.

We will be closed on Sunday, May 11, to be with our moms ❤️💐🤗

In addition to our à la carte menu, we are celebrating mom early and will be offering a special Mother’s Day Kaisen Don Set for $75 on May 8, 9, and 10 (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday) during dinner service, dine-in only.
