A heart full of pain turned into purpose.

Today I get to live that dream every day as the owner and Executive Chef of Manny Vibez, home of brotherly love. ❤️

This restaurant was built from grief, faith, hard work, and the belief that food brings people together.

Our menu is inspired by flavors from around the world because we believe everyone deserves a place where they feel at home. Whether it’s a familiar comfort food or a new dish that reminds you of your roots, our goal is to create connections through food, culture, and community.🌎

Today is my 36th birthday 🎂

I’m taking a moment to reflect on how grateful I am. What started as a dream has turned into something so much bigger. Manny Vibez is more than a restaurant to me. it’s a home and a community built in loving memory of my brother Manny. His spirit lives on in every conversation, every meal, and every person who walks through our doors.

This birthday is bittersweet because I’ve now surpassed Manny’s age, and that feels strange since he was the older one to level up. But I know now I have to live life for the both of us.

Thank you to everyone who has supported this journey and helped turn my lifelong dream into a place where people can gather, connect, and feel like family. Today I celebrate life, purpose, and continuing to carry Manny’s legacy forward. ❤️✨

Making you proud brother and taking it one day at a time.
