WEEKEND SPECIALS: The Western (Maine) Burger $16🌵🍔 Our Braveheart beef smashie, extra American cheese, bacon, candied jalapeños, barbecue and hot sauce, and… what’s that?! Onion rings?!? Yep! A pile of crispy onion rings that you know we made fresh in-house from sweet onions.

Popcorn Shrimp Basket $14 🍤 Golden fried bite size shrimp in a basket to share (or not share!) You can also sub the popcorn shrimp for the jumbo shrimp in our shrimp basket - just ask at the window! Our shrimp basket comes with fries, coleslaw, and your choice of sauce for $18.

Onion rings are a frequently requested item, so we’re testing these out on the burger this weekend. Let us know what you think! (Not available as a side or basket quite yet, but we promise they’re coming soon 😉)

Well we are definitely going to be getting one of these! What a great deal on quality locally raised pork. Saint's Hill Farm pork and beef is excellent, and they also have pepperoni and soppressata which are incredibly flavorful and high-quality. Stay tuned for some unique specials featuring their products 😉

This one’s for the girlies. 💜✨ Or as the kids say, “It’s giving girlhood.”

Lilac Lemon Sundae: Vanilla soft serve, homemade lemon curd and lilac syrup, with shortbread crumble and fresh lilac florets. 💜🍋 Hurry in to taste it because it’ll be gone as soon as the lilacs fade - or as soon as the staff gobbles it up!

Allowed to be enjoyed by anyone of any gender, and available this weekend, June 4-7!

WEEKEND SPECIAL: Haddock Chowder and Clam Cakes! 🐟

Our haddock chowder that you all loved is back to warm you up on this cold and rainy weekend. We’re serving it up with Rhode Island style clam cakes. They’re crispy, fluffy, savory, fried clam fritters and the most perfect vehicles to soak up that chowder broth. This is one thing from away that you’re gonna love! 🤣

We’ve gotten so many compliments on our beautiful plantings and especially our spectacular lupines all from Young's Greenhouse in South Paris!🪻🪴🌸

It’s a lovely experience to wander their 7 greenhouses picking out colorful annuals and perennials, edible herbs and flowers, and the most luscious hanging baskets to decorate the shack. The selection is vast, the quality is unbeatable, and you can even pick up their homegrown beef for grilling after planting!

It’s important to us to patronize other local family-owned and operated businesses, and Young’s is one of our absolute favorites. Take a trip there for your spring flowers and perennials! 🪴🌷🌱

Season 2, Episode 1: NORWAY! 🤍 You gave us an incredible opening weekend and the warmest welcome back we could imagine.

It felt so good to wake up The Loon from her winter sleep, fire up the grill and fryers, and welcome everyone back to our service windows on a gloriously warm and sunny weekend.☀️

It was such a joy to welcome our friends and regulars by name. Almost everyone who came to the window said the same thing: “We are so glad you’re back, we missed you!” We missed you too, and it meant so much that you showed up for our first weekend back. 🥹

And you showed up in a BIG way! We were so busy we came within a whisker of selling out! We hope you enjoyed every bite, sip, and scoop. 🍔🍟🍦

Our hearts are full of gratitude for all of you, and what will surely be a wonderful and delicious season ahead!
