Three sorbettos this week: Strawberry, Lemon, and Arancia Rossa. We make our lemon sorbetto with fresh lemon juice, from freshly squeezed lemons, water, and sugar. Our Strawberry sorbetto is made with frozen Wyman's strawberries, water, sugar and lemon juice.
