Bless the food before us, the family besides us & the love between us all ✨
It has now been 7 months since we opened the shop and we couldn’t be more grateful for the continuous support from all of you. We have learned so much during this time. Running a food truck to fully operating an establishment has definitely been a drastic change for us. From selling during lunch hours or at events to now serving small to large families, dinner dates, meetings, reunions, birthdays & more in our dine in area.
However, more than just running a business we are also parents. We try our best to make time for our three daughters, attending their concerts, events, and spending quality time with them, and with our family members as well. Running a full time family business is not as easy as it seems. There are times where we have had to make the decision to close early or all day for our family but also keeping in mind we have to keep operating to support our family and properly run a business. For that we are very thankful for all the patience & support we have received from everyone. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for supporting our family business and being so comprehensive ✨
As a family of 5 ourselves we understand how the economy is. Spending time with your loved ones while enjoying either a hot meal, a snack or dessert shouldn’t feel like a once in a while treat. Our goal is for families to feel like they can come and enjoy authentic, freshly prepared food without breaking the bank. Whether working a lot of hours or being busy and have no time to prepare dinner, we want to be there for you and help.
Changes are coming. Good changes. We know food costs increases all the time,however, I am looking for options and different ways to bundle and help all of us save. While we have already made several adjustments, lowered a couple prices, added specials, we will continue to do more as we go. Other changes will be by adding more food options, sides, affordable bundle prices, family meals, weekly specials, combos, bigger portions and more. All while keeping the same quality and freshness without a big increase in the price. Part of our goal is to lower the cost to you. It does take time and I know we will get there, but while it happens, we appreciate everyone’s patience and support.
We are praying in continuing to grow alongside with the community and becoming a permanent part of Norwalk. Once again, thank you so much.
