We’re giving our brisket ragu a new home: steakhouse mashed potatoes.

Tender smoked brisket braised with Cabernet Sauvignon, beef stock, San Marzano tomatoes, thyme, and aromatic vegetables, served over buttery red skin mashed potatoes with garlic, cream cheese, and a touch of buttermilk.

We tried the ragu with rigatoni, but after making it over mashed potatoes, we knew this was the version we wanted to serve. Come try it Thursday, 4–8 PM, inside Hillside Johnny’s in Norton. 🔥

Help us wish a very happy birthday to the woman who keeps Freedom Fire BBQ moving!

Cassie handles more behind the scenes than most people will ever see. From bookings, permits and shopping to prepping, serving and keeping everyone organized, she has stepped into this new adventure and taken on every challenge thrown her way.

Freedom Fire BBQ would not be where it is today without her hard work, patience and dedication to our family and this business.

Happy birthday, Cassie! We love and appreciate everything you do! ❤️🔥

What a great day at Flynn's Family Farm and Nursery! We had an incredible turnout, served a whole lot of BBQ, and genuinely enjoyed meeting everyone who stopped by the trailer.

Thank you to the Flynn family for having us and to everyone who came out to support Freedom Fire BBQ. We would absolutely love to come back! 🇺🇸🔥
