In light of the recent incident involving defamatory claims about Asia Café, I want to address the situation directly. A former employee, who was recently terminated due to malicious behavior, took photos that were intended to misrepresent our restaurant. These photos do not reflect the cleanliness and hard work we commit to every day.

As the owner of Asia Café, I want to be transparent and prove these accusations false. We prioritize cleanliness in both the kitchen and the dining area, with thorough daily cleanings. Each employee is assigned specific cleaning tasks, which must be completed every single night. There is never a day when these duties are neglected. On some occasions, my team even stays until 11 p.m. to ensure everything is done to our standards.

Despite these efforts, this former employee’s actions have caused unnecessary slander. To address this, I am sharing videos that were taken by our security cameras before this incident. These videos, which include dates and times, cannot be altered and will demonstrate the accuracy of our claims. I hope they provide clarity and help ease any concerns.

I would also like to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to the guests who continue to support us. Your loyalty means everything to us, and we remain committed to improving where needed and proving that our customers are always our top priority.

If anyone has further questions, my staff and I are more than happy to provide answers. It’s worth noting that a health inspector visited us the day of this incident, and we passed without any issues. To address another concern: some have suggested we receive prior notice of inspections, but that is simply not true. We have no way of knowing when an inspector will visit, and therefore, cannot “prepare” in advance.
