Most of our syrups are either house-made or sourced from a local organic bakery, made without artificial dyes, additives, or unnecessary chemicals. 🌿🤎

Our friends at Cristina’s Organic Bakery supply many of our favorites, including Vanilla, Lavender, Pecan, Cookie Butter (non-organic) and seasonal rotating flavors.

Our May Employee of the Month for Hilltop Coffee Shop is Sofie! ☕🏆

Sofie is in high school, and this is her very first job — but you’d never know it. She is ambitious, always asks how she can help, and is always receptive, professional, and eager to learn.

She shows up with a great attitude and is always willing to jump in wherever needed. We are so proud to have her on the Hilltop team!

Fun fact: Sofie’s favorite drink is a hot Americano the second she opens her eyes. 😂☕
