Tonight at Cinder Bistro, we’re raising a very special glass in honor of our mixologist’s upcoming birthday.

We’re pouring the extraordinary 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗛𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗯𝗼𝗻! It's a 22-year-old unicorn aged to perfection and clocking in at a mighty 64.6% ABV. 🥃 Bourbon fans, tonight we’re pouring a true piece of history: the exceptional 𝗢𝗹𝗱 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟵𝟮𝟰 10 Year Old Bourbon!

Fun trivia: During Prohibition, when nearly every distillery in Kentucky shut down, Owsley Brown (then leading Brown-Forman) secured one of the rare federal permits to keep Old Forester alive by bottling medicinal whiskey. In 1924, he boldly acquired barrels from closed distilleries with unique mash bills and bottled them under the Old Forester name. This 10-year-old release (100 proof, with a distinctive 79/11/10 mash bill) honors that bold innovation with rich layers of caramel, toasted oak, dark fruit, and warm spice.

We’re serving this limited gem tonight at a price so ridiculously low it feels like we snuck it past Prohibition ourselves. One night only. Supplies are extremely limited and going fast.
