**From Leftover Dough to Main Street Legend: The Return of Stuart’s Original Breadsticks!**

Back around 1995, Roselli’s on Main Street was always a place for experimentation, but one afternoon, our pizza guy Stuart had an idea that changed our menu forever.

He looked at me and said, "John, why don't we try to make some breadsticks? I have some leftover pizza dough, and if I cut strips and twisted them together and bake them, let's see what they would do."

We threw them in the oven, and just like that, the legendary Roselli’s breadsticks were born!

This week, we are bringing back the past. Come taste history at Roselli’s on Tenth with the original Roselli Garlic Butter Breadsticks. We are making them exactly the way Stuart invented them—and trust us, these will be huge!
