Come check out Elissa Bass Author’s books, grab a drink, and support local authors while finding your next favorite read.

Meet Brenda, Haley and Tiara Lussier. They own Top Shelf Cafe & Books in the Holly Green Plaza in North Stonington. It is an adorable place with cozy seating and a lovely menu (check out the brownies).

And they now have HAPPY HOUR and PLEASE WAIT TO CROSS on their shelves.
