Good morning everyone, happy Monday. Today Perillos Pizzeria will be open from 11 AM to 2 PM for lunch and from 4 PM to 8 PM for dinner. I'm still looking to hire a few more servers. If you think you have what it takes to learn how to make a pizza and become a classic, all-school pizza maker, and work for Perillos Pizzeria for years to come, I am the guy who will teach you the right way. You can be part of this great, successful business for years to come. If you have experience in line cooking, the pay is pretty good. Servers usually start at $9 or $10 an hour, plus daily tips that you take home daily. In the kitchen, we start paying from $10 to $20 an hour based on your experience, plus daily tips. Good morning ☕️ to everyone. Today, Monday, May 25th, Memorial Day, our family-owned and operated pizza place will remain closed. I also want to take a minute this morning to express gratitude for living in one of the best places in the world. I want to take a minute to pray for all the men and women in uniform from all branches of the military who lost their lives to protect and serve this nation, allowing other citizens and residents to enjoy everyday life. I also want to express my thanks and gratitude to all current men and women from all branches of the military who are protecting the nation. I wish everyone a beautiful day. Be safe out there. Don't forget to pause for a minute at 3 pm today to remember our heroes.

Good morning everyone, hope you're having a good Friday so far. Here at the shop we still have some technical problems with some of the equipment we're using in the kitchen. The technician just arrived again, ,so we'll be closing pro until 3PM today. I'll let you know as soon as we reopen the door. Sorry for the inconvenience; it's been a crazy week already🙃. Updates the equipment has been fixed. We are open for business.

Good morning everyone, wishing everyone a happy Saturday, the day before Mother's Day. Today, I want to share with everyone that I received this beautiful gift from my mother this morning, photos of my grandparents on my mother's side of the family that I've never seen before. I never met my grandpa Damiano; I heard nothing but good things about him as a hard-working man, but I remember well My grandma Rosalia, oh boy, she was a pistol😂😘😎,miss her dearly, even though I was young when she passed away to join grandpa in heaven. Thank you, Mamma, for making this day more bearable at work with a smile, thinking about my childhood in Sicily,

On this Mother's Day, we will be open on Sunday from 11 AM to 6 PM. Usually, it's a pretty crazy day for us, so if you decide to bring your mother or wife to Perillos, expect a little waiting time.
