I'm so pleased to have the opportunity to provide delicious cheese, fresh curd and bread to a community whose tradition it was (since 1956!) to pick up their cheese at "the cheese stand" located at the corner of Ridge Rd. and Brick Schoolhouse Rd. Since 1983 Golden Age Cheese Company located in Woodhull NY has been serving 100% naturally mild to aged cheddars and are 100% local rBST free milk, and they never manufacture their cheeses with animal rennet, they use strictly vegetable or microbial rennet. is a family-owned and operated bakery. They have only been around since November 2015 yet the family history in baking goes back much further. They use fresh, quality ingredients and traditional methods to produce exceptional artisanal breads.
